Last updated: April 2, 2026

Building in public. This document is part of a technology demonstration. It has not been reviewed or approved by legal counsel and does not constitute legal advice, a binding agreement, or a final policy. Polymorphism is an Alberta home-care marketplace prototype built to showcase platform architecture โ€” not a live service accepting clients or caregivers at this time.

This notice explains how Polymorphism Agency handles personal information in connection with its marketplace and coordination tools. It supplements our general Privacy policy.

Our role

Polymorphism often acts as a service provider to agencies and as a controller for marketplace operations such as authentication and support. Where we process data on behalf of an agency, their instructions and agreements govern that processing.

Uses and disclosures

  • Operating accounts, scheduling introductions, and providing support.
  • Security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
  • Compliance with lawful requests from public authorities.

Duties

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process. We train staff with access to personal data on confidentiality obligations.
